How fulfillment works
SatireSmart prints on demand. After you order, the job goes to Printful for production, then ships with tracking.
Production timeline
- Print & prepare: about 3–5 business days (standard)
- Shipping (US): typically 2–4 business days once tracked
International timing varies by destination and customs. You’ll get the carrier link by email when the parcel moves.
Tracking
Watch your inbox for the tracking note after production. If it hasn’t shown up and you’re past the print window, email support@satiresmart.com with your order number.
Defects
Printing errors or manufacturing flaws: photo within 30 days of delivery → reprint or replace. POD means we don’t offer “try-before-you-buy” returns on non-defective items.
