Every order is printed on demand through Printful. Standard processing takes about three to five business days, then you get a tracking update by email when it ships. Full timeline: Fulfillment.
Defects & quality
If a garment arrives with a printing error or manufacturing defect, email a clear photo within thirty days of delivery. We’ll arrange a reprint or replacement.
